COMBAT FIT - A NEW BOOK BY GABRIEL SUAREZ
I hope to not only explain why fitness is so important, specially to the man devoted to self defense and skill-at-arms, but also give the reader a road map to attain that elusive state. The only costs involved, other than the price of this book, are perhaps a gym membership and some self-discipline. And even the first might be set aside in the beginning.
If you are already an accomplished power lifter or competitive athlete, none of this will be earth shattering to you. But if you woke up one morning, looked at yourself in the mirror, and in horror asked yourself, "What the hell happened?"
