Returns, Cancellations, and Warranties

RETURNS

All custom items, (including coating, machine work and other services), used barrels, and installed sights or parts are final and no returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted. Firearms, Suarez Slides, Glock Slides, Other Slides, Barrels, Sights, or upper receivers are final at the time of purchase. There is no return or cancellation on these items.

All video and book sales are final. If your new Suarez Media DVD doesn't work right, we will certainly exchange it. Unsolicited returns and/or returns without RMA Numbers will be refused and sent back to point of origin.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Closeout, Sale or items purchased at special events/sales where we indicated "All Sales Final-No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS

Please make sure you are committed to you purchase before completing the order. Note that there is no cancellations on custom items, Firearms, Suarez Slides, Glock Slides, Other Slides, Barrels, Sights, or upper receivers. These sales are final at the time of purchase.

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site even before the order ships. Our business is not set up to change orders easily and need our customers to be sure of their order before placing it via the web site.

Any cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. ANY order cancellations must be submitted via email to customerservice@suarezinternational.com There are no phone cancellations. It may take up to 24 hours for a cancellation once emailed. If an order is shipped out and you still want to cancel you will be responsible for return shipping and 20% restocking fees.

Refunds on cancelled orders are processed at the end of our business week every Sunday. If you cancel on a Monday you will not see the refund processed until the following Sunday.

REFUNDS

If you simply do not like the item(s) and want to return them for a refund, it must be done so within ten days as long as it is in the same condition you received it. Please contact us for an RMA# before returning the item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt, the returned items will be inspected to insure they are in new re-sellable condition (packaging must be intact) and then a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee will be processed for you.

Any fraudulent credit card charge-backs will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

WARRANTY

Suarez will not warranty any products made by another company. Any issues with such products must be handled by the manufacturer and their warranty.

Suarez International warrants its products free of manufacturing defects only for one year to the original buyer. This does not include minor machine marks from manufacturing. This does not include damage due to normal wear, unreasonable use or abuse, carelessness, installation by unqualified personnel, or user modification. The warranty does not apply to reliability issues with low powered or reloaded ammunition. Suarez pistol components (slides, barrels, etc.) are for use with other Suarez or Glock OEM Components.

Our products are intended only for use with other Suarez International products or with OEM Glock products and have not been tested for fit, function, or reliability with any other manufacturer's products and cannot be warrantied if used with any other manufacturers' products.

Once sights, or any other parts are installed on a weapon they are non-returnable.

Suarez will determine the possible validity of any claims prior to any RMA being issued or warranty being honored. If a warranty possibility exists, Suarez will issue an RMA Number and an RMA agreement. Purchaser accepts responsibility for any shipping and handling charges which may be incurred.
