When Glock introduced the 43X/48 pistol models, they made huge headway in the concealed carry market, combined with Shield Arms S15 mags, the system became even better, but there was still room for improvement. We have wanted to offer a magwell for quite some time, but the design of the frame introduced complications in how to mount the magwell with the absence of the necessary hole in the frame that has become the standard mounting position for the plug. Great price, easy install, put one on a 43x and 48 it added just enough to give your grip the extra stability you need. The black wasn’t as shiney as it looks in picture and closely matches looking like it belongs on it. Can’t beat price for product
Light, simple, and best mounting system out there. Other magwells only use a tension screw that can bite in to the frame when torqued, but this one has the plug that when screwed down applies even consistent pressure and doesnt damage the frame while being infinitely more secure. I got it on sale for 39.99 and that is half the price of the other name brands. The black one matches glock slide perfect despite how shiny it looks in the picture. I always recommend this one on reddit when someone asks about which magwell they should get
Side note before you install it...... Trim any grip stick on by 1/8" to seat, function and also makes the 48 feel phenomenal it's super light , install is simple. .if I could offer a suggestion, please use thread locker on the pin that mounts the magwell to the gun. Fantastic system ?
Extremely pleased with this Magwell for my 43X. Fit, finish are excellent. I particularly enjoy that little extra grip it provides for my little finger. ??
