SHIPPING OF FIREARMS AND FFL ITEMS
IF YOU ORDER A FIREARM TO STATE WITH MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MAGAZINES WITH YOUR ORDER TO COMPLY WITH STATE LAWS
For all purchases requiring shipment to an FFL. All paperwork must be emailed to FFL.suarez@gmail.com . We will not ship any FFL items without having received this paperwork.
If you are shipping us a firearm to be worked on, it may be shipped from your personal address, through FedEx or UPS. Simply box it up and label it from your home or office and drop it off. Carriers are notorious for declining shipments of firearms, because its easier to say "no" than to actually understand the regulations behind it, especially when hubs such as the FedEx or UPS stores are third party companies. Please understand that all firearms shipped from a private address must be returned to the shipping address from your order. That's a big brother rule, not ours.
If you are shipping us a firearm to be worked on, it may also be shipped through an FFL to make things more simple for you. Please understand that while we are not required to return the item to the FFL that shipped us the item, we are required to return it to an FFL.
You can ship your firearms through USPS, FedEx or UPS, however, when doing so, we recommend boxing and labeling your package at home. We also recommend when setting up your shipment that you ship with "Adult Signature Required" and insure your package for the replacement value of your firearm(s).
Typically we've run into an issue shipping from FedEx and UPS stores where they say they won't or you can't ship firearms through them as they are a 3rd party entity working with FedEx and UPS, similar to Verizon or similar stores. While there is no legal issue, its easier for them to simply train their employees to say no, rather than learn individual or federal regulations involved with handling firearms. We've also run into issues with shipping hubs for FedEx and UPS claiming they need to see an FFL. This is not a requirement from the shipping companies nor are their employees, outside of shipper account managers and reps, authorized to see or handle FFL's.
