My order says awaiting payment, but my bank account shows the money has been taken out.  Did my payment go through?

All orders say awaiting payment until they are processed.  Orders are processed at the start of the next business day.  Your bank account is showing the transaction as pending, which means you have authorized us to complete the transaction, but we have not finalized the transaction with your bank yet.

Your payment has been processed if your order status is being fulfilled.  This means that we are currently working on your order, or waiting for product to arrive in order to fulfill the order and ship it.

I have already placed my order.  Can I add to it?

Once orders are placed and begin the process of being filled, they may not be changed or cancelled for any reason. Our system does not save your credit card information and does not allow us to add to existing orders. If you forgot to order an item, please place a NEW order. You may add notes to the new order requesting that we combine your orders. We will make every effort to comply with your request and will adjust shipping charges whenever possible.  If your order has not been processed yet, which typically happens at 8AM on weekdays, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one with the additional items.  Just send a message via the form at https://suarezinternational.com/question-about-my-order/

Will the Trijicon RMRcc work on your slides?

No, the Trijicon RMRcc uses a proprietary mounting solution not shared by the RMR family of models.

Will my _______ optic work on your NSA plate?

Only optics that use the Trijicon RMR footprint will mount to the NSA plate.  Contact the optic manufacturer to find out what footprint they use.

How long does it take to get my slide milled for an optic?

Up to 60 days from the date we receive the slide, not including refinishing if selected.  Melonite and Cerakote add about two weeks, NP3 takes 4-6 weeks in addition to the milling time.

I want lower 1/3 cowitness sights on my slide, what height are yours?

When you add sights to your slide order, we use Suarez iron sights that will provide a lower 1/3 cowitness on that slide.  Sights that are marketed by themselves may be called full cowitness or standard sights, but that is in relation to a Trijicon RMR on a standard double-stack Glock model, such as the 17 or 19.  Whatever sights we use on your slide will provide a lower 1/3 cowitness.  See our sight information page for more information: SUAREZ PISTOL SIGHTS - POINT OF AIM/POINT OF IMPACT

My DVD is not working in my computer. What can I do?

1. Make sure the disc works in a set-top DVD player.
If it does work in another player, then your computer is the problem, not the disc.

2. Make sure you have a DVD decoder installed.
A DVD decoder is required to play a DVD, however XP does not include one by default. To get a DVD decoder you must buy WinDVD or Power DVD, which includes a DVD decoder.

To make sure your system has a DVD decoder, install the Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup Utility found here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=de1491ac-0ab6-4990-943d-627e6ade9fcb&displaylang=en. If the utility does not show any decoders installed, then you will need to buy either WinDVD or Power DVD to install a decoder.

3. Try using VLC Media Player to play the DVD.
VLC does not require a DVD decoder to play a DVD and is free, so this is useful if you don't have a DVD decoder. Get VLC from http://www.videolan.org

4. Users on Windows 7 and above can try to play the disk with Windows Media Play.

5. It is possible your drive is dirty or not able to read the disk well. Test if other DVD movies work in your drive.

6. If nothing works and you suspect the DVD is bad, contact us for a replacement.

How do I ship my pistol slide to you?

First of all, thank you for purchasing custom slide work from us!

Please send us your slide only. You can leave your internals intact - there is no need to remove them. Keep your barrel, recoil spring, and frame.  If we are installing your optic, please pad it thoroughly.  DO NOT SEND YOUR SLIDE OR OPTIC IN THE ORIGINAL FACTORY CASE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.

How do I ship my pistol frame, receiver, or complete firearm to you?

First of all, thank you for purchasing custom work from us!

If sending just your frame only, keep your slide, barrel, recoil spring, magazines, and any other attached after-market items.  If we are installing your optic, please pad it thoroughly. If you are sending a shotgun for a gunsmithing package, please send it in the factory box.  DO NOT SEND YOUR GLOCK FRAME OR OPTIC IN THE FACTORY CASE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. 

Ship it directly to us. You do NOT need to ship through a licensed FFL dealer, because YOU are the owner and WE (the recipient) are an FFL Licensed Dealer. No special Federal paperwork is required.  Do not ship from a Fedex or UPS store as they will not mark your package with your return address.  Only utilize Fedex or UPS customer service centers.  You cannot send firearms through the postal service at all.

Is There a Waiting List for Enrollment?

When a class fills, it will be "out of stock". If you want to be on a waiting list for the class, you need to call the office during business hours and we'll record your name directly in our roster records.

Cancellations are fairly rare but if they happen, we contact our waiting list in the order they came in to see if they want to buy the spot. You don't need to put any money down to be on the waiting list, but if we can't reach you within a day or so of trying, we'll move on to the next name in the list.

I ordered a pre-order item, but the rest of my order has not shipped.

Our shipping software charges based on combining all items into one shipment, so orders with pre-order items will not ship until the pre-order is fulfilled.  If you would like to split the order into two shipments, please contact us.  Additional shipping charges will need to be collected in order to split ship an order.
