Daily Carry Guns - Test Post

This is a test post to try something new. I will be discussing daily carry this will be going over what Josh and myself daily carry the most and what holster selection we like. Now our daily carry changes frequently throughout the year depending on weather. While most people think of Arizona being a desert state, the weather in Prescott where we are located is very mild but can go from just over 100 degrees in the hottest part of the summer to single digits even just below zero in very cold winters. We will start with the summer months and go over the holsters and firearms we prefer. My main choice for summertime carry is a custom Glock 19 with our SI-49 slide, a Holosun 508t Green, and Streamlight TLR-1 with a TRex Arms Sidecar appendix holster with the extra magazine attachment. This allows me to comfortably carry for between 10-11 hours with just a T-shirt on. Josh usually carries in the summertime a fully tuned up CZ P-01 with an EPS 2 Moa Green and a Streamlight TLR 7 in a TRex Arms sidecar holster and even though Josh is a bit on the heftier side he still finds this a very comfortable appendix holster, he then pairs this with a NEX belt EDC. Fall and Winter time changes our carry set ups to be more accessible with jackets and heavier clothing. We usually carry strong side Outside The Waist Band full size pistols such as Glock 17's, 5" 1911's, and some times even revolvers if we are planning on hunting after work. When we OTWB carry there are many options for holsters but some of our go toos are Raven Concealment, Bordertown Holsters, Bladetech and Rounded Concealment.
