SUAREZ INTERNATIONAL - THE HUÊ - 12.5" 5.56 UPPER
“Whether you like it or not you are all leaders and someday, one way or another, you will be involved in urban operations,” Christmas said. “The world is urban and that’s where you’re going to fight and it’s up to you to ensure that you prepare yourself. Everybody will fight. Everybody is a rifleman. When you leave here, think about urban warfare and think about your contribution.” - Brig. Gen. Michael Downs - USMC Ret.
The Battle of Huê City was one of the most influential and infamous battle of the Vietnam War, not only for the Marine Corps and the other service branches, but the lessons learned have also made their way home to law enforcement and can still be learned from for times to come. The Marines went into the city ill-equipped and unprepared to fight in the tight quarters of the house-to-house environment. This upper is assembled with the memories and lessons of Huê City in mind, offering a 12.5" barrel that is easily maneuvered in tight quarters while not giving up to much for mid-distance engagements, while bearing features of the weapons used by Marines today.
